The Government of Pakistan has officially started disbursing the July-Aigust 2025 payments under the Benazir Kafalat Program. This initiative brings much-needed relief to low-income families across the country. The new payment cycle is being rolled out in phases, beginning with 49 districts to ensure smooth, transparent, and organized distribution.

Phase 1 Payment Launch 🚀

As per the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) authorities, the first phase of payments has started and includes specific districts from Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

  • Payment amount: Rs. 13,500

  • Start date: Mid-July 2025

  • Eligibility: Women registered with BISP with a PMT score of 32 or below (up to 37 for special categories like widows or disabled individuals)

Districts Included in Phase 1

Here’s a list of districts where payments are being disbursed first:

Punjab:

Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Islamabad, Talagang, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal, Sialkot, Gujrat, Sargodha, Bhakkar, Khushab, Multan, Toba Tek Singh, Mianwali, Okara, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Wazirabad, Layyah, Bahawalpur

Sindh:

Sanghar, Nawab Shah, Benazirabad, Mirpur Khas, Tharparkar, Matiari, Umarkot, Jamshoro, Dadu, Khairpur, Ghotki

Balochistan:

Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Chaman, Pishin, Harnai, Ziarat, Sibi, Zhob, Loralai

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa:

Tank, Lakki Marwat, Buner

AJK & Gilgit-Baltistan:

Haveli, Ghizer

How to Receive the New Payment

Eligible women can collect their payment using one of the following methods:

  • Designated Campsites: Bring your CNIC for biometric verification.

  • HBL Connect Agents: Visit nearby authorized agents for collection.

  • ATM Withdrawal (Selected Areas): Use HBL or Bank Alfalah ATMs with biometric verification.

Important Guidelines for Women

To avoid problems during payment:

  • Bring your original CNIC (not expired).

  • Always collect a receipt after receiving payment.

  • Do not pay any agent or third party.

  • Report deductions to BISP by calling 8171 or visiting the nearest office.

Not in Phase 1? Don’t Worry

If your district isn’t included in the initial rollout:

  • Wait for Phase 2, which will be announced soon.

  • Check your eligibility using the 8171 portal or SMS service.

  • Ensure your NSER survey is completed and updated.

Q: Can expired CNIC holders receive payments?
A: No. Only valid CNIC holders are eligible.

Q: Is visiting the camp mandatory?
A: No. Payments can also be collected from HBL agents or ATMs (in selected areas).

Q: What if an agent deducts some amount?
A: Report the issue immediately to 8171 or go to the nearest BISP office.
